Justification
The use
of a modified asphalt binder, with the incorporation and fusion of granulated
rubber from recycled tires, is an excellent alternative compared to
conventional asphalt pavement since it offers greater resistance to ware, aging
and skidding, all at a lower final cost.
In order
to master this innovative technique and disseminate it at the core of the
Brazilian highway network, the Asphalt Rubber 2003 World Congress will be held
in Brasilia from December 2 to 4, 2003, promoted by the Federal District
Highway Department – DER-DF and the Rubber Pavement Association – RPA.
The use
of rubber pavement technology, also know as ecological asphalt, offers a
solution to a problem of global dimensions.
It is estimated that about 2 billion tires become useless at the end of
each year in all the continents. In
Brazil, for example, 30 million tires are illegally deposited in rivers, lakes,
dumps and clandestine storage areas annually, contributing, among other factors,
to the spread of epidemiological diseases.
Your
participation as a sponsor will be of great importance to the success of this
event, for only through the exchange of experiences and technical discussions
will we reach our objective.

Note:
- The purchase of 2 or more booths will result in
a discount of 5% of the total value.
- Booths will be furnished with the basic setup
composed of royal blue, 4 mm carpet, applied directly on the floor,
laminated TS sidewalls 0.98 m wide X 2.0 m tall, with anodized aluminum
frame structures, 2 tripolar, monophase plugs (2P + T), without physical
grounding, lamps with one soft 100 watt light bulb each, placed 3m apart,
one 1.0 X 0.5 m. panel in TS with anodized aluminum frame containing the
Exhibitor’s name in adhesive vinyl
in solid colors.
